I was 6 days away from delivering 18 gift bags to some hard working volunteers and I had a last minute idea to add a custom printed coffee mug to each bag. I honestly did not know if anyone could even do the job in 5 days and a small order of 18 on top of it. I spoke to Emmet at ZMARK and he worked quickly to help me identify a mug, imprint and a vendor who could do the order on short notice despite COVID-19. On top of that, he delivers the mugs to me a day early!! I was completely surprised and grateful to have my mugs to place into the gift bags. The volunteers loved them and they were absolutely beautiful! This was customer service at its finest. I will definitely use Z Mark in the future and highly recommend them.
